The Graduate School of Business Administration (GSBA) recognizes that the international marketplace is rapidly changing through globalization. The worldwide strategic alliances being formed by corporations and institutions from various countries requires business leaders to have an in-depth understanding of a multicultural, political, economic and social environment at the regional level who can integrate global standards with national values, ethics, and work culture.
Realizing that a seamless interface between globalization and regional operations would offer a company a competitive advantage, GSBA has designed its international MBA program to focus on business in the Asia-Pacific region; as the region has an increasing role in the global economy.
Several economic forums have linked Asia-Pacific with the rest of the world, e.g. APEAC, ASEM, ASEAN, AFTA, etc. With a diversity of cultures and an abundance of rich natural resources, the Asia-Pacific region has drawn interests from business ventures all over the world.
