Program Overview

In an era of rapid business change, organizations face high levels of uncertainty (VUCA World). Traditional management cannot respond to changes in a timely manner. Therefore, adopting Agile concepts in business and project management has become a key component of modern organizations.

This course focuses on developing a deep understanding of Agile Mindset, Agile Frameworks, and Business Agility Transformation to enable executives, business professionals, and project managers to truly drive their organizations towards agility. This course also prepares them for international certification exams such as the PMI-ACP, PSM, and PSPO.

Program Introduction

In today’s fast-changing and unpredictable business landscape, traditional management approaches are no longer sufficient to address the complexity of the modern world. The “Business Agility & Agile Project Management” program is designed to equip contemporary leaders with a deep understanding of Agile principles and the ability to apply them effectively — both at the project level and across the organization.

Day 3: Leading Agile Teams & Scaling Agility
